For Buyers

Browse & Register
You can start browsing your school's listings straight away. When you're ready to buy something, just register - it only takes a minute.

Pay & Arrange
Pick your item, pay securely, and message the seller to arrange collection. Most people meet at school or somewhere nearby.

Inspect & Accept
Use the agreed in-person or school drop-off process. Check the item against the listing and report a problem instead of confirming if anything is wrong. Only accept and confirm receipt when you're satisfied; that completes the sale.
For Sellers

List Your Item
Register, choose your school, and upload your item. If it's on the school's uniform list, your listing goes live right away. If it's something extra, it'll go to the school or admin for a quick check before showing.

Arrange Collection
Arrange collection with the buyer. Immediately after dropping off or handing over the item, confirm it through My Listings and check the updated order status before leaving. Until it is recorded, the buyer can still cancel, even if payment has been captured. Only confirm after the handover has happened. The order may auto-complete five days after your confirmation, with a dispute window until day 10 unless the buyer accepts it earlier.

Simple & Secure
No cash exchange is needed. Buyer-confirmed completion can make the seller payout eligible immediately. After automatic completion, the payout remains on hold until the day-10 protection window ends. A dispute may keep it on hold, and eligible payouts are processed manually by an administrator.
